Imma Lena Doc LLF is an 11 year old dun gelding standing 15 hands. Rip is one handsome dude that catches everyone’s eye. I’ve really enjoyed riding him whether it’s in arena, trails or hauling him somewhere new. Has a nice handle in the arena, light and responsive. Neck reins, works off leg or voice cues, smooth transitions and great stop. Rip will pivot around, head set, side passes , slide stops when asked and flexs. He is patterned on barrels, runs left barrel first, has a neat style and likes to hunt for his barrels. We have limited barrel videos but plan to haul him more while he’s with us. Rip has lightly been exposed in the roping pen, tracking cattle out of the box on the heel side. With a little more work he would make a nice rope horse. Has been used in sorting and pennings , really wants to eat a cow up. I’ve personally taken him to new places, he is overall quiet and doesn’t get worked up easily. Will go out on the trails alone or in groups, isn’t really bothered by much. I believe this guy would excel extremely well in ranch riding classes, but Rip is such a handy horse he can literally do about anything you ask. Has wonderful ground manners, picks up his feet, stands tied quietly, loads , bathes and will lunge on a line. No blemishes or major scars, straight legs with nice big feet. No vices such a weaving, cribbing, setting back or bad behavior. Rip is looking for his person, someone that will utilize and enjoy him. He’s safe, easy to get along with but I personally would recommend a confident rider for him. Current on feet, teeth, shots and deworming.
