As most facilities we are ran on a first come, first served basis. With us our main goal is honesty and trust! You can count on a positive experience when dealing with us. Most of the horses we have in for sale are privately owned and go through a trial period. We do have a few options when it comes to buying horses and scheduling appointments. First option you should know is that on all horses we do offer a 48 hour hold deposit which holds your chosen horse for 48 hours and gives you enough time to get proper evaluation done and make a final decision.

WE DO NOT FOR ANY REASON HOLD ANY HORSES WITHOUT A HOLDING DEPOSIT!

As most of you know we sell horses very quick so if your hesitant on making a decision the hold deposit is a great option for you. We do have a flexible schedule for showings, to make a appointment simply contact us at 602-515-1534. We are available anytime to answer questions and give you information on current horses listed. When it comes to appointments we would appreciate at least a 24 hour notice if you have to cancel or reschedule. After more than one time if it becomes a continuing occurrence you will no longer be considered a potential buyer. Please understand that we try not to show horses more than once within a 24 hour time frame. If you are not committing to showing up you are taking away from other potential buyers. Under certain circumstances we will only offer a 24 hour hold deposit on a horse if the interest in the horse is at a high volume. 

VERY IMPORTANT! ALL HORSES ARE SOLD "AS IS WHERE IS" with NO GUARANTEES, NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS.

In certain cases we do take horses back in on consignment, however they go on our waiting list and they must have been in your possession for a minimum of 60 days. We have the right to refuse service to anyone! 

ALL HORSES MUST BE UP TO DATE ON ALL MAINTENANCE, NO EXCEPTIONS! This is one of our main policies, we like our clients to take their new horse home completely up to date on all maintenance. All horse(s) that come in for sale go through a 2 week evaluation-trial period. Feed and care is charged along with a 15% commission fee.

WE DO NOT deal with any bucking horses and horses that are not sound.

PLEASE NOTE: We do have a long waiting list and at times it can be up to 6 weeks if not longer until we can get your horse(s) in so your patience is very much appreciated.

A 48 hour hold deposit must be put down to get a pre purchase exam done on any horse. No horse will leave the facility to get a check done unless agreed upon otherwise. Seller should be given an advanced notice of scheduled vet check. We work with several vets around the valley and will give you recommendations if you can’t find a vet to do an exam. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning on getting a vet check done. 

We offer 30-90 days of professional training. We provide riding lessons at $30 a session, ages 4+. Our main service is consignment sales & evaluations! We also offer hauling services, photography and more! For more information on the services we offer please contact us at 602-515-1534.

Holding deposits are 10% of the purchase price and are only valid for 48 hours.
