Yoda

Meet Yoda! He is a 12 year old grade gelding (age verified), we assume he is a Haflinger cross and stands right at 14 hands. The best explanation for Yoda is he truly just goes with the flow. In the arena he is not fancy broke, more direct rein but soft about it. Will move off leg, nice stop, and light in the bit. He has as cute jog, will extend trot and a very comfortable canter. If you want to play around on patterns or set obstacles up, he will gladly do it. Might not be the prettiest but he will try for you! Yoda has seen more outside riding than arena work. He is content either by himself or with others, will walk quietly and keep up in a group if need be. Will cross over water, sure footed in different terrains , vehicle and animal safe. Can throw ropes on or around him, bull whips, been exposed to gun fire and will push cattle around. There isn’t much that bothers this guy and if so, it’s a head tilt and he moves on. I have had some of the truest beginners ride him around, just a good guy. Yoda is on the smaller side but he has good bone with nice feet. He stands quietly while tied, enjoys being groomed, loads easily and picks up all 4 feet. Yoda is current on feet, teeth, shots and deworming. We took these photos about a week ago, he is shedding out nicely now.
